Before all of you Australians get all high and mighty and say, "pff... there are kangaroos on the loose everywhere over here", this isn't just any kangaroo.

It's a circus kangaroo...

A trained circus kangaroo!!!!

The Kangaroo, cleverly named "Hoppy" by the locals, broke loose while being transported during a show. The four hour search for Hoppy failed by leaps and bounds.

Ok, there are a couple things wrong with this video:

First, how does a kangaroo get access onto the race track? Tickets to these races are typically very expensive. Where did the kangaroo get all this money?

Second, what is the kangaroo doing on the race track? The best view is from up in the stands!

Either way, this kangaroo is very very lucky to be alive.
